1. Acceptance of Terms

n77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of age requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one account on n77. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. n77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. n77 may verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any time during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID valid in the Philippines.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of n77, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures, access areas of the platform not intended for users, or reverse-engineer any component of the service.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on n77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their n77 account originate from legitimate personal sources. n77 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposits are processed through the payment channels listed on the Deposit page. Processing times vary by method; most transactions are credited within minutes. n77 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems outside our control.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and will only be processed to a payment method associated with the account holder. n77 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending the outcome of a verification check or investigation. All winnings are subject to applicable Philippine tax regulations, and players are responsible for their own tax compliance.
n77 does not guarantee profits or winnings. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems, and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
n77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if a player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaved in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, n77 may freeze account funds and cooperate with relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
